LETTER TO ME FROM ME IN 20 YEARS

    Letter to me from me in 20 years

        

     Dear me, 

    Girrrrl... It's you from the future. How you been. I trust you na. You go dey alright. Lol. I just dropped by to chip in some important things that's gonna help you in your jouney. I really hope you adhere to them. First things first, love yourself. You know nobody's gonna do that for you, like you will. You're beautiful, strong, smart, eccentric and imperfect. You're just the best! Okrrr

     Oh yeah, another thing. Live in the moment. Enjoy your life oh! See, let me tell you, only God knows whether you will come and meet me in 20 years time. What do I mean? I mean “you no know whether you go still dey alive”. Forget spirituality, everyone prays for long life but God decides who gets to live long. So, my dear, live o! I don't mean go and start drinking or smoking or dating all the boys in Lagos. Lol. What I mean is do all it takes to make yourself happy. If it is #200 bread and good beans that will make you happy, eat it! (as far as you have the money o), If you're not happy with how someone has treated you, say it to their face!, If you're not happy in that relationship, don't try to patch it; break it! Which brings me to the next.. Please,, I take God beg you; DO NOT DATE IDIOTS. Periodt.

     Also, let me say this. Don't spend all your life on social media. Despite the fact that it's a pleasant world, it's addictive and depressing. Like the creators have said.. The Internet and social media were made by creative individuals who decided to think outside the box (not roddy rich box o👀). But now the Internet is used by people who can't even find the box...*laughs sarcastically *. So, past Erin, don't spend your life on social media.

     Alright hun, we're making progress. Let's move. Next is, don't worry bout what people say. Let me be very honest with you,,PEOPLE WILL ALWAYS TALK. And to be fair, you can't really blame them. I mean, God has given them mouths, right? Good! Now what do you use your mouth to do... Of course to talk!.. That's just the formula. People will always talk; about you, your life, your decisions, your family, your clothes, literally everything! You talk too, don't you? Yeah, everyone talks. So, don't be pissed off by whatever anyone says. Just tell yourself.. People gonna always talk... And catwalk away (oooh,, girrrl.. You a savage)

       Kkk, next please! I will not use this own and blow grammar,, cuz it's damn important. Hold God tight wella. Don't follow all these 21st century to be doing Big girl, Big boy o! You will see them claiming fine girl, fresh guy... Check the head, it's empty. Always hanging around everywhere! When they go to church nko,, close your eyes for worship, they will not, Oya sing... Dey will be doing oyinbo singing and be licking their artificial pink lips wey dem no carry come from heaven, dance during praise,, No. Don't be like them o! You know what God has been doing and will still do for you, so u better hold him wella.

     Not so fast sis! Let me tell you this “take your education seriously,, or better still learn a trade. Oh yeah. Study as much as you can, take like it's your life (cuz it is). I'm gonna tell you why in a minute.. Chill. Back to what I was saying. Don't be average...be the best! I know... it's not going to be easy ;but it's sure gonna be worth it. Ben Carson, Dr Anthony Fauci and so many others are living testimonies. When you're the best, people look for you and they are ready to pay whatsoever for your services.

    And if you are like.. (nahh.. All these brainy, reading stuff ain't for me).. There's no problem. There are so many for you. Baking is there, makeup artistry is there (like me😉),barbing,plumbing and yes, even mechanic. What people don't understand is that, a lot of jobs that people think are filthy or degrading, when you're the best in that field, you will eat. When you got your own work, you won't be a liability to nobody.

     So that's it dear. I really took my time to write this for you, past Erin, and for everyone that's gonna read this. I hope you heed my words. And oh! It's really a vibe here in the future. You're gonna love it! Make the right choices. Byeeee.

      Hey there, I see you've read my letter, huh? That's very good. Now what I want you to know is that the letter is not addressed to only me.
